🌈 Hospitality Volunteer – Bar & Dancing at COC de Kroon / COC Leiden (m/f/x)

Location: COC de Kroon – Leiden
Hours: 6 hours per six‑week period (more frequent shifts are of course welcome 😉)

Who we are

COC de Kroon is the go‑to spot in Leiden where everyone can be themselves. It’s an inclusive bar & dancing venue for the LGBTQIA+ community and its allies, built around fun, safety and freedom. Every night is different—from dance nights to themed parties.

What you’ll do

• 🍹 Prepare and serve drinks behind the bar
• 😁 Welcome guests with a smile
• 🪩 Help out at events, DJ nights or themed parties
• 🧽 Keep the bar area tidy and clean
• 💃🕺 Work with the team to create an open, friendly atmosphere

What we’re looking for

• Enthusiastic, stress‑resistant and sociable
• A love for music, people and nightlife
• Commitment to our inclusive LGBTQIA+ vision
• Hospitality experience is a plus but not required
• Availability on weekends for at least 6 hours per six‑week cycle (or as agreed)
